The pretty little shop houses of China Town

I’m not an architecture photographer.  But yesterday when my photographer girls decided to get together to “shoot,” I knew there would be very little shooting, and mostly a whole lot of eating, so I thought that for the 15 minutes we’d be out with our cameras (and by that, I mean only the time it took to get from the train station to the restaurant…), I’d restrict myself to shooting only with my ultrawide lens.  We arrived at Chinatown during the late afternoon, and caught some gorgeous light hitting all the pretty little shop houses that I’m totally in love with.  I totally love this set, and have been dying to do a portrait shoot in the area.  Going to get some fine art prints done from this set.  they’ll look fantastic on my sky blue walls.

I was flooding my flickr stream with the shots, so I thought I might as well share the full set on the blog.  enjoy :)

Magalie - Awesome! I really love these ones :)

brianna phelan - This very much made me want to travel. So beautifully captured and gorgeous colours.
